The Non-Degree seeking application closes five (5) business days prior to the start of the semester. Please refer to the above calendar for the specific timeline.
Each student status in the Division of Continuing and International Education adheres to unique requirement criteria and regulations. Please be sure you apply to the specific status that meets your need, as the status may not be changed for that semester. If you have any questions prior to your application email umnondegree@miami.edu or call at 305-284-3889. The link below will send you to the application portal. If you have not created an account, you will need to set it up following the steps from the "Getting Started" link. Please note the $75 application fee is NON-REFUNDABLE.
Employees and Dependents
University of Miami Employees/Dependents are eligible for a reduced application fee. Prior to applying to the Non-Degree status please make sure you fill out the UM Employee/Dependent Form. Once your employment/dependency has been verified you will be emailed information pertaining to the application fee. After you have received the email you may proceed with the application process. Please allow up to 5 business days to verify eligibility.
