Sample Syllabus

Learn the art and science of negotiation. Get the core management skills necessary for leaders in non-profits, businesses, and other organizations. Understand power, persuasion, creativity, problem-solving, ethics, and cross-cultural negotiation. Participate in self-assessment, role-play negotiation exercises and case studies. Learn the difference between distributive and win-win negotiation. Become a more effective negotiator in business and personal situations.
